L7 WEST LAKE HANOI By LOTTE

Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

The hotel in general is great. New, comfortable, and a great pool at the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. Nice rooftop bar, great playground for the kids, and other facilities. All excellent! Also, direct access to the Mall which has a lot of options for eating and shopping. The location is great because just 20/30m from the airport and near west lake to go by foot. Finally, all the amenities in the room are great.

The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that cater to every need. The plush bedding and high-quality linens provided a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake from my room. The serene beauty of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay. Additionally, the hotel's fitness center and spa facilities were top-notch, offering a range of wellness options to help guests unwind and rejuvenate. The staff at L7 West Lake Hanoi consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I made a reservation until I checked out, their attention to detail and promptness in handling any requests or inquiries were truly commendable. They provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring that I experienced the best of what Hanoi had to offer. The friendliness and effectiveness of the staff were truly exceptional. They treated me like a valued guest, and their genuine warmth and hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The receptionists are very helpful. Love staying in this hotel. The concierge guy “Erick” was really helpful and gave us a satusfactory service. We will definetly come back to stay in this hotel for our next visit.

Absolutely amazing. This hotel just opened 1 month ago, and I believe the level of their facility and staff have given their services above what I paid for. I would definitely come here again if I were to visit Hanoi again. Also, they have the biggest shopping mall right next to the hotel, so very convinient to do shopping (including groceries like fruit).
