From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a level of care that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The employees at L7 West Lake Hanoi deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. From the front desk staff to the concierge and the housekeeping team, every interaction was marked by a genuine friendliness and a strong desire to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were always ready to assist, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and preferences. The facilities at L7 West Lake Hanoi are truly deserving of their 5-star rating. The hotel boasts a modern and stylish design that effortlessly blends elegance with comfort. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with state-of-the-art amenities that cater to every need. The plush bedding and high-quality linens provided a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of West Lake from my room. The serene beauty of the lake, especially during sunrise and sunset, added an extra touch of tranquility to my stay. Additionally, the hotel's fitness center and spa facilities were top-notch, offering a range of wellness options to help guests unwind and rejuvenate. The staff at L7 West Lake Hanoi consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I made a reservation until I checked out, their attention to detail and promptness in handling any requests or inquiries were truly commendable. They provided valuable recommendations for local attractions and dining options, ensuring that I experienced the best of what Hanoi had to offer. Staff is very welcoming upon arrival and throughout our stay. Our rooms were spacious, clean and very cozy. The hotel and the rooms are exactly as the pictures on the website here and others! The location was excellent. The spa was able to fit us in it last minute. We stayed December the week after Christmas. Loved the lighting being able to dim and the bathroom showers and bathroom area was very elegant. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash products and cents!!

The hotel in general is great. New, comfortable, and a great pool at the rooftop with a beautiful view to the lake. Nice rooftop bar, great playground for the kids, and other facilities. All excellent! Also, direct access to the Mall which has a lot of options for eating and shopping. The location is great because just 20/30m from the airport and near west lake to go by foot. Finally, all the amenities in the room are great.

The room was great! Had a lovely anniversary surprise waiting for us. We stayed on the executive floor and enjoyed the food and drink provided. Definitely one of the best buffet breakfast’s we’ve had. The staff were excellent and very personable. The bed was extremely comfortable and facilities excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool, gym and sauna. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

It is a pretty new and fancy hotel. The staff is kind and the rooms are great. They have a big gym, and sauna, and the bar on the top floor has a great view. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. The location is great as it is basically part of a big mall and you can access it from the hotel.
